Made a work around the draft pick year. When you import the draftpicks.csv file, it will increase the year by 1 so it will match the STHS game. See comment in STHS manual;
Note regarding Draft Pick Value in CSV and XML
In the CSV and XML files, the “year” value of a draft pick is always lower by 1. For example, if a DraftPick Year shows 1, it means that the draft picks will be used in the entry draft at the beginning of seasons 2 off-season.

Added a "Send Emails" button on the Upload Files page. This button will email the game results, next game preview and any unread messages to the gm. If you click "Import All", it will send the emails automatically.
