You now can link your hockey team site to Facebook or Twitter.

Just login like normal, then go to your team page.

Under "Home" in the menu, choose "You Apps".

Then its as easy as clicking "Twitter" or "Facebook".

Then enter your account information and confirm you want to link the accounts.
Then you can go back to "Your Apps" page and change your settings. By default it will post game results and approvals on signings and trades. You can also enable it to forward comments as well. What are comments? see below.
Now that your accounts are link, whenever you come back to the site, just click login via "Twitter" or "Facebook" and it will auto log you in. No typing. It will also grab your Facebook or twitter profiles as you default profile on the Hockey site.
